1. Booking

BF2 has created a leading digital platform in private aviation. Anyone can use BF2’s revolutionary mobile app or website anytime to check our guaranteed pricing across a range of aircraft and global routes, with the ability to book flights instantly. Dedicated Aviation Advisors are available to share more regarding the benefits of BF2’s private aviation solutions — providing trusted guidance on ways to buy and ways to fly.

2. Pre-Flight

BF2 Account Managers are available to tailor every BF2 travel experience to individual preferences – arranging catering, ground transportation, and concierge services – to make every trip seamless and exceptional.

3. Day Of

BF2 Ground Experience Representatives support all day-of travel needs on our most frequented routes – greeting you at the private jet terminal, assisting with boarding, and helping you with anything you may need before takeoff. Flyers must arrive 15 minutes prior to departure for charter flights.

4. In-Flight

Most jets in the BF2 Dedicated Fleet, and many of the 2,100+ aircraft in the BF2 Alliance Fleet, include complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi – so you can work efficiently. Additionally, many of the heavy jets on our most frequented routes include a Cabin Hostess for improved service.

5. Arrival

Land at your destination in style. Need a ride? Order a black car through Concierge and we’ll pick you up right on the tarmac as soon as you land to make sure you arrive at your final destination in comfort.

6. Post-Flight
